How to Cancel
To cancel or reschedule a booking, call us at +91 97804 33237 or send a WhatsApp message with your Booking ID as early as possible.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup time: no cancellation charge, full advance refunded (if paid). Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup: a nominal cancellation fee may apply. Cancellation after driver dispatch: driver visit charges will be applicable.
Rescheduling
Bookings can be rescheduled free of cost subject to vehicle availability, if informed at least 12 hours before the pickup time.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method or via UPI.
No Show
If the passenger is unreachable or not present at the pickup location within reasonable waiting time, the booking will be treated as cancelled and advance (if any) will be forfeited.
