Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only after our team contacts you with a Booking ID and driver details. Advance payment may be required for outstation and tour bookings.
Fares & Payments
Quoted fares include driver charges. Toll tax, state tax, parking charges and night charges (if applicable) are extra and will be informed at the time of booking. Payment can be made via cash, UPI or bank transfer.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must carry valid ID proof. Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be chargeable.
Waiting Time
Reasonable waiting time is included in bookings. Extended waiting beyond the agreed time may incur additional charges as informed by our team.
Liability
While we take utmost care for your safety and comfort, Ganesh Ji Tour & Travel is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
